Registration
International Business Academy will host the 2025 Magellan Annual Conference in Kolding, Denmark, on October 6-7. Pre-conference activities will be available on October 4-5.

Take advantage of special early bird pricing ($549) for registration by August 15 ($589 afterward). Your registration and stay at the conference hotel includes all meals, networking and leisure activities from Saturday evening through Tuesday evening!

Logistics
The closest airport to Kolding is Billund Airport (BLL). Copenhagen Airport (CPH) is further away but offers more options. In either case, you can easily connect to Kolding.  Arrive by train from CPH in approximately 2.25 hours or take bus #166 from BLL (approximately a 1-hour journey; fewer options in the evening). Kolding Station (“Kolding St.” when searching schedules) is a 10-minute walk from Kolding Hotel Apartments.

SITE VISITS
Optional site visits are offered before and after the conference.  These provide great opportunities to visit other Magellan partner institutions, meet faculty/staff, tour campuses, speak with students, and familiarize yourself with the cities.  You will be responsible for costs associated with your travel, hotels, and any meals not hosted during the site visits.
